Thinking about buying some Yorkie clothes?  Some people love to dress their dogs up.  I have never really done this, but can see why some people really get into it and buy lots of different Yorkie outfits.

One of the most important thing when it comes to Yorkie clothes is fit.  You should measure your dog before going out and spending money on dog outfits, otherwise you will waste money.

Here is what you need to measure for Yorkie Clothes:

• Measure the neck
• Girth (widest part of the chest)
• Between the ears (if buying a hat)
• Inside length of the front and hind legs
• Weight
• Waist size

Now that you have these measure measurements when you go to the store or buy online you will have a much better idea of what clothes will and will not fit your Yorkie.

Sizing of the clothes is important so that they actually stay on your dog and that the clothes don’t drag on the ground.  The next time you decide to buy Yorkie clothes keep this in mind.
