Yorkies Free To A Good Home
Free yorkies can be hard to find, but if you look hard enough you might able to find some. Some good places to look are in your local classifieds, local pet shelters, and local yorkie rescues.
Normally yorkies can cost hundreds of dollars, but if you have patience and are not picky you should be able to find an ad that says free to a good home!
Many times older people who are no longer able to care for their dogs are willing to give up their dog for free if you promise to take great care of the dog.
These older people tend to mostly used classified ads in the local newspapers or in local penny savers or free classified news papers.
Contacting your local humane society or pet shelft might also get you a free yorkie. If you tell them what you want they can often call you first when they get a dog matching your description in.
A third possible source are local dog rescues. Sometimes if you volunteer for these you can have first picks about what dogs come in. If you tell people you want a yorkie they are usually more than happy to assist you.
When you do get a free yorkie it is important that you take it to the vet right away. Since we don’t know the history of this dog, a good physical exam and some baseline blood work is a great way to give your dog a check over.
